Cancellation Policy

Policies: Cancellation Policy- •Cancelling within a 24 hour window of your appointment will result in a 25% charge. •Cancelling within a 5 hour window of your appointment will result in a 50% charge. •No-Call/No-Showing to your appointment will result in a 50% charge and we will not accept you as a client in the future. *Cancellation fees will be automatically applied to your card on file. Deposit Policy- Deposits taken at the time of booking are non-refundable. They can be put toward a rescheduled appointment if given over 48 hour notice. Late policy- If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may need to reschedule. Please contact the studio to let me know if you are running late.
