Policies: Cancellation Policy- •Cancelling within a 24 hour window of your appointment will result in a 25% charge. •Cancelling within a 5 hour window of your appointment will result in a 50% charge. •No-Call/No-Showing to your appointment will result in a 100% charge and you will not be able to book in the future. *Cancellation fees will be applied to your card on file that is required when scheduling Deposit Policy- Deposits taken at the time of booking are non-refundable. Late Policy- If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will most likely have to be rescheduled. Guest/Child policy- •Children may come to your appointment with you if they are able to be unattended and can bring something with them for entertainment. With most of my services your eyes will be shut and you won’t be able to watch your child. New client fill policy- •If you have lashes from another artist please schedule a full set instead of a fill. This will allow me enough time to replace the extensions fully if needed. •If your lashes were done properly and you only need a fill, you will NOT be charged for a full set.
